We proudly use oak wood, representing California's heritage and the cherished Santa Maria barbecue tradition. Our culinary inspiration stems from the Portuguese, Hispanic, and Okie cultures, paying homage to the resilient immigrants who settled in Delhi, Hilmar Livingston, Turlock, and nearby regions during the Dust Bowl era.
